You will need to know how to make images (the ones for each Uber-Pixie -- they don't have to look like the current ones or be as big). Upload the idle image, email the member the images they need to flip to on Q-Day(s) and brief instructions (a copy and paste). You will also need to update when any Ubers have retired (i.e. remove the code for it and put under "Retired Uber-Pixies").
