PLEASE RESPOND TO ADOPTION REQUESTS! : Over all the questions I get daily on my orphanage account, the neomails I get most are complaints that someone in our Guild hasn't responded to their adoption request, and I know for a fact that someone is an active member. Then the person neomails again, and the owner is probably annoyed at that, and will ignore them even more -- bad medicine. So now, I have added this little tiny line in the Fostering FAQ:

"Note: Please keep in mind that your pet may be removed from the listings at any given time due to inactivity or complaints from those requesting to adopt from you, so please be active and respond to all neomails (at least, the decent ones) about your pet -- three strikes, and your pet's out, unless you have a good reason."

Even if it's just "no, you may not" -- it's better than seeming inactive and freezing your pound pet in a neglected account forever. Thanks to the member who brought this up to me (though I'm not sure if she wants to be named).

NEO-SMILIES IN THE FORUMS! : You can now make the same little icons in the forums that you make in the NeoPets chats. Like and and . Oi, that took me a while.

PET PERSONALS FORMS : For those of you who can't receive neomail because you haven't received parental permission, your Pet Personals forms are not being neglected! Please do not send inappropriate forms in to serenity -- not nice. Our Fostering FAQ says: "Your contact username must be able to receive neomail, and be active enough to receive requests to adopt your pet." Same goes for the Personals. ::hugs serenity::
